Subscription Options

  • Rolling Subscription (Pay-as-you-go)

    • Pick the bag size and grind type of your favourite roast.
    • Choose to have it delivered to your door once a week or once a month.
    • Enjoy discounted pricing as a valued subscriber.
    • Your subscription renews automatically each week or month.
    • Cancel at any time - or update your order to try a different roast.

  • Pre-Paid Subscription (Fixed Term)

    • Find your perfect roast and choose your bag size and grind type.
    • Choose to have it delivered every week for a year (52 deliveries), or every month for a year (12 deliveries).
    • Pay upfront for the year for a massive discount.

Cancellation Policy

  • Rolling Subscriptions:
    You can cancel your rolling subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods.
  • Pre-Paid Subscriptions:
    Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in full when you place your order, and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once purchased. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the pre-paid term.

    Subscribers can manage their subscriptions, including cancellations, changes to delivery frequency, or the product on your order, through their account on our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team for assistance.

  • Renewals and Charges

    Both rolling subscriptions and pre-paid automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

What happens if I cancel a rolling subscription mid-cycle?

You’ll continue to receive your coffee until the end of the current billing period, but you won’t be charged for future periods.

Can I switch from a pre-paid subscription to a rolling subscription?

Changes from pre-paid to rolling subscriptions can only take effect at the end of your pre-paid term.

What if I want a refund for my pre-paid subscription?

Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable as they are offered at a steep discount.
