ROAST: Dark

Bold and robust, dark roasts emphasise the roasting process itself. Smoky, bittersweet, or dark chocolate tones dominate, with low acidity and a fuller body. The bean takes on a glossy, oily surface and much of the origin’s subtlety is transformed into rich, savoury depth.

Our amazing House Blend is rich, full bodied and delightfully well balanced. A smooth combination of beans from Central America, Africa and Asia are medium roasted to give a subtle fruitiness, over velvety notes of chocolate and caramel.
