What makes Roja Vista special?

This delightful Colombia roast has a bold flavour with a nose of smokiness and vanilla, followed by a mellow chocolateyness. The traditional sun-drying process brings out the natural sweetness of the beans, while roasting at a higher temperature reduces the acidity and mellows its body.
